Please review the following instructions and guidelines to assist you in using our online contract site:

  • 10% due at signing of contract - this is a non-refundable processing fee
  • 30% of total invoice due by December 13, 2023; Exhibitor is liable for 30% of total contract for cancellation or reduction after this date. 
  • 75% of total invoice due by March 13, 2024; Exhibitors is liable for 75% of total contract for cancellation or reduction after this date.
  • 100% of total invoice due by July 17, 2024; Exhibitors is liable for 100% of total contract for cancellation or reduction after this date.

The initial processing fee must be made using a credit card, electronic check, or send a check or wire within 10 days. If you are unable to make your deposit using a credit card or electronic check, please email your account representative for further assistance.
