Please review the following instructions and guidelines to assist you in using our online contract site:

Booth Payment Schedule:

  • 500$ of the total booth space fee is due by date of contract(s) submission or by February 27, 2025, whichever is earlier - This is a non-refundable fee
  • 50% of the total booth space fee is due by February 28, 2025 - exhibitor is liable for 50% of total contract fee on or after this date. This is a non-refundable fee
  • 100% of the total booth space fee is due by July 16, 2025 - exhibitor is liable for 100% of total contract fee on or after this date. This is a non-refundable fee

The initial processing fee must be made using a credit card, electronic check, or send a check or wire within 10 days. If you are unable to make your deposit using a credit card or electronic check, please email your account representative for further assistance.
