Please review the following instructions and guidelines to assist you in using our online contract site:

Booth Payment Schedule:

  • 10% of the total booth space fee is due by date of contract(s) submission or by December 14, 2025, whichever is earlier: This is a non-refundable fee
  • 35% of the total booth space fee is due by December 15, 2025: Exhibitor is liable for 35% of total contract fee on or after this date. This is a non-refundable fee
  • 75% of the total booth space fee is due by March 15, 2026: Exhibitor is liable for 75% of total contract fee on or after this date. This is a non-refundable fee
  • 100% of the total booth space is due by July 15, 2026: Exhibitor is liable for 100% of total contract fee on or after this date. This is a non-refundable fee.

The initial processing fee must be made using a credit card, electronic check, or send a check or wire within 10 days. If you are unable to make your deposit using a credit card or electronic check, please email your account representative for further assistance.
