Please review the following instructions and guidelines to assist you in using our online contract site:

  • 25% of total invoice due with contract. - This is a non-refundable deposit which will be applied to the total invoice.
  • 50% of total invoice due by December 14, 2022 - Exhibitor is liable for 50% of total contract for cancellation or reductions after this date
  • 100% of total invoice due by February 2, 2023 - Exhibitor is liable for 100% of total contract for cancellations or reductions after this date

The initial processing fee must be made using a credit card, electronic check, or send a check or wire within 10 days. If you are unable to make your deposit using a credit card or electronic check, please email your account representative for further assistance.
